Worked nights. Very traveler friendly. Nurses are very helpful and nice. They appreciate you are there to help. Pretty low key ICU.

Staff is decent towards travelers but….. no CNA’s, there are “ care partners”. Staff often avoids helping travelers and cater to “ aggressive” travelers. Was glad to leave that snake pit. That hospital thinks they are all it….. they’re not!

Awful culture in the unit. Experienced staff enjoy bragging about getting travelers fired, and half of the unit are new grads. Manager is two faced and awful- refuses to give travelers evaluation forms. I enjoyed floating to other ICUs though.
