Avoid like the plague. HCA terribly run hospital. No management to speak of, no policies or procedures or any standard of care. ICU docs are all locum and don't care or know what's going on. You're floated everywhere even to the ER to triage and take assignments. Will ask you to work 24 hours in a row.

Outstanding crew to work with on nights. Day shift traveler found it more challenging. No problems with assignments or breaks. Self scheduling requests. Travelers float first but was not frequent, way more often for other units to have to float in.
