ICU staff will not help you out. 98% of the time will sit at the nurses’ station and talk shit about each other and the floors. They will talk about everything and everyone, very loudly. They have their own little clique and if you aren’t in that group, good luck and godspeed.

I really enjoyed the staff there! Great teamwork, nice flow of the unit, most docs are nice (not all of them). Had some meth pts. Can get very busy. Many of the staff started as travelers
