Dirtiest, filthiest place I've ever walked in. Floors sticky. Zero staff. 100% psych, but advertised as skilled rehab. Dangerous patients. Apparently there was a homeless drug addict living in a patients room for days on end, and no one noticed or cared. 1st day there no less than 5 staff members told me to run. BIG risk on your license.
