No consideration for acuity from charge RN’s assigning beds. Will slam all of your rooms at once, even while you are 1:1 with a critical patient. Everyone is drowning at the same time so your coworkers aren’t able to help you. No communication from doctors. Terrible flow. 12 hr wait times normal.
