Would highly recommend as an ICU traveler. Ratios are 2:1 nurse. Staff aren't eager to take critically ill pts, I've had all of the CRRT and crash and burn patients I want! Staff tends to be fairly negative and catty regarding their jobs, but helpful with patient care.
