62 hours of call a month with 12 hours required on weekends. During interview, they lie and say it isn't as much call and no weekends. OR practices are unsafe in regards to instrument counts. Surgeons are not competent (I would never let any of them operate on me or my family); they often state 'I don't know what to do' or 'I don't know what I'm looking at

NOT traveler friendly, from the nurses up to mgmt. Be prepared to advocate for yourself constantly because they’ll ignore your contract and test your limits constantly.. A bunch of us had our schedules changed without being notified MULTIPLE TIMES. The manager was clearly annoyed with me for asking her to sign my timesheet so I could get paid! Won’t return
