Unit is split into two floors, the third floor unit has 8 beds. 3-4 nurses, no techs. Providers not on the unit. Impella’s with non intact sheaths and no placement signals. No phlebotomy.

I cancelled, not the facility. Little to no ancillary help. 3T is supposed to be short stay/observation but only about 20% of patients are OBS. The semi-private rooms have 4 beds. The same nurse is NEVER assigned all 4 (or even 2 or 3) and it’s impossible to not violate HIPAA.
