Patient load is much heavier than most other Telemetry floors (many should still be in ICU or IMC). Rarely CNAs. No support or assistance, but a lot of micromanaging. At least two managers and charge nurse (when there is one) will contact you about every little thing. Travelers are not treated well, and it is made obvious. Threaten to cancel and do cancel.
