Most staff under 2 years experience. Will talk down and assign you with a more difficult shift/patient load. Was assigned three 1-on-1 patients at the same time. Spoke up about patient safety and nothing was done but bullied for the rest of the night. 10/10 would not recommend unless you are into an immature work environment.

Very busy ER. Most of the team managers were very unfriendly towards travelers and gave the travelers the assignments that no one else wanted.

Hospital staffing was floating to different locations not in my contract. I complain about it and was canceled
