I will start by saying they have a good team and /most/ of the time able to provide breaks. super busy ER although small with quick turnover. Beds barely get cold before another run is coming your way. Ratio is 1:4 unless you have an ICU. Pro: they have phleb to draw labs and transporters. Worst part is if you’re the only nurse in charge of the lobby.
