The director loves to tout “the best ratio in the area” at 3:1, but there is no help from other staff. Techs are seated at their “desks” & only get up when specifically asked; they stock the dept 3a-7a & refuse to do patient care. The RNs on nights are all young & new (< 2 years exp) — very clique-y. I've watched people die who shouldn’t have. Dangerous.
