This place offers much experience for those who are seeking it. Medical residents and supervising physicians help make it great. However there is never enough staff for the acuity level and cenus of the patients that come into the ED. There is much resentment among staff RNs and travelers, especially nights. SO much gossip leaves no room for core to work.
