Med Surg floor charge nurse is a complete bully. After taking the abuse for weeks, I spoke to CEO who told me they’ve had many complaints from other staff, patient and family members and would handle the situation. Charge nurse informed me document has if care was given even if it wasn’t done because it was supposed to be done. I refused.
