I found the staff to be unpleasant, unhelpful, and degrading. There were roughly 15-20 other travelers there at the same time as me, who all felt the same way. You will float once a week. When my 13 weeks were up, I walked out and not a single charge nurse even knew my name or that I was leaving. Very young staff with little experience. Ran out of there!

no help unless you are w/ other travelers. Are put down by staff/manager & blamed for anything that goes wrong. Are floated to step down every wk where you have even less support and busier patients. Always get the new admits but yet are pretty told much told you are incapable of handling 'sick' patients. soo much more but not enough room to add here.

Terrible experience. Unsafe staffing, lots of floating multiple times during shift. Schedules always came out SUPER late. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, unsupported, and overworked.
