Small rural hospital. Patient ratio wasn't that bad.The 'icu' was basically a med floor w/ an occasional sick patient. Most pts I ever saw on the entire unit was like 9. Only a handful of RNs/LPNs work here. Bulk of them were EXTREMELY cliquey and mean as hell. Nonstop drama. Made working a nightmare. It was like bored high school mean girls on steriods
