This place gets a bad rap for floating people and recently, lots of contract cancellations. Honestly, I loved my contract! The people on my unit and the other ICUs were extremely friendly, helpful and glad to have the help! Very rarely have I missed any breaks (happened when there were codes and very sick patients). They made me feel like part of the team!

I cannot recommend this hospital unless you're looking to join the float pool. Travelers float. It's not uncommon to float every shift. I am on a medical cardiac floor and will float all over. Medical, Onc, Surgical, Neurology, Ortho. It's BS.
