The CNO only cares about money. You will be routinely trippled with very unsafe ratios. Staff is canceled to save money. Many deaths from poor staffing blamed on nurses who are stuck there. PCU is worse. Unsafe ratios. Lazy pcas. Charge nurses barely speak English.

Night shift was not traveler friendly at all minus a VERY select few. I was cursed out MANY MANY times by one of the charge nurses. I also heard this charge nurse talk SO badly to patients and others nurses/techs/docs, etc. Staff will throw you under the bus in a heart beat.
