No doctor present at night, NP who goes to sleep at 10p and needed to know location of the room they slept in since they often didn't answer phone. No apparent chain of command. Nurses very friendly but do not know ACLS. No urgency in emergent situations. On your own to run frequent codes here in 12 bed ICU, often getting two very unstable patients at once
