Place is dangerous to your license and the patients. Dayshift ANM Ashley has poor management skills. No director or manager and short staffed because of this person. She has run off good nurses. The good nurses left are planning to leave. A doctor Courtney assaults minority patients and is obviously racist to non-white staff. Hospital knows/does nothing.
