Like to attempt to bully travel staff into overtime. They do not help with patient loads that my be too heavy for one nurse. Do not follow best practice for incoming traumas.

not traveler friendly, the director is outwardly anti traveler, they do not honor contract terms - ie shift or vacations, there is no team work, the staff does not know their own policies, the doctors do not respect the RNs and often will do the exact opposite of what a RN recommends or requests (even just going to see the patient) fires travelers w/o cause
