great staff but run down older community hospital. Felt like tele/MS floor was a mix of psych/LTAC patients. Doesn't always follow CA's mandated ratios, especially on night shift. Lack of cont pulse ox monitoring was a big worry for me esp on COVID bipap pts. some doctors were difficult to reach. Nursing staff were super nice though which made it bearable
