Small, not acute ICU. Most days your ratio is 3 to 1 with no tech, and you're floated pretty constantly to PCU with a 4-6:1 ratio and you rarely have a tech there either. The doctor that manages their Critical Care patients is not experienced, dangerous, condescending, and unprofessional. There is very limited teamwork.
