I was hired for cardiac PCU on one campus and when i arrived to orientation, it was a completely different unit and different campus. I chose my You so g based on the contract so changing the campus added 10 -15 minutes to my morning drive. I worked on the unit I oriented on maybe 3 times and was floated every single day, even to ED. Was told float or leave.
