Ratio was 1:9-10 and I refused to take over 6. Canceled after the 1st shift.

“Too many call outs”
I called out sick for COVID and 2.5 shifts in 17weeks. Was actually because I called out an unsafe situation and asked for help and instead was threatened and met with insane hostility by the manager and supervisor. Was abused and mistreated. Constantly floated and given unsafe assignments.
