I can't say if I like it or not. PROS: good staff for a TCU; only RN and CNA; flexible with scheduling (can request block or not); 12 hour shifts CONS: staff have no personality; not the best communication between manager / staff (slow to respond to email or doesn't respond), expensive housing, rain rain rain
