Nurse manager misrepresented care level and type of pt. Pt ratios are 1:4. staff will go to manager over petty thing but not speak to you about problems. Lack of communication. And writing people up for anything they don't like. Doctors talk down to nurses, pt and families disrespectful to nurses and the manager never has the nurses back. And PCU is worse.
