Staff is mostly friendly,(a few will throw a traveler under the bus fast) all travelers in NICU. No core staff. 5 bed unit, almost always empty. Go to deliveries solo( c/s too) unless problems with baby. No control over schedule. On call required. 34 weeks and above. Upper management is a shit show. Promised pay for modules, never received.
