For the most part, everyone was nice. Travelers are the first to float and there weren’t a lot of travelers on my floor so I floated a lot. All travelers got cancelled (2 weeks into my contract) for low census. But some of their core staff are leaving and they will be short staffed again. They are basing their staffing off money instead of need. Unfortunate.
