Techs run the unit and management is ok with it. Had techs put a patient in seclusion without me knowing. Management is horrible. Contract wasn’t renewed due to “unprofessional behavior” while the manager is begging other nurses to go to his drag show and Venmoing techs money to go out and drink on. The unit is dirty and old. Parking is a nightmare.

This was the first assignment I had, but by far the worst, The staff nurses dumped on travelers consistently. Often staff would have no patients and travelers would all have 2 before a staff person takes a patient. Management does not deal with any issues. Rarely see any leadership presence. Inmates run the prison mentality for sure.
