Charge RN/ night manager had been a nurse 9 months. I asked for help with a drunk patient who was being sexually inappropriate and finally got some after he grabbed my breasts while I was inserting his IV. ED physician resigned mid shift after calling the neuro on call for possible tPa. Charge RN asking who gave tPa last because she never had. Dangerous
