I reached out to my agency about unpaid hours yesterday and today I got canceled. They said a pt family had complained about me. I remember this situation and the family was extremely aggressive to all nurses.I had documented all of this in the chart. Also, a foley catheter was put in bc pt had DTI,there was a previous order to take it out. I got a new order
