The hospital as a whole lacks competency. Unsafe MDs w/ ego issues & poor decision making. RTs have miserable attitudes & function daily on backstabbing and talking behind e/o backs. Common sense is out the door.Wasting time on irrelevant tasks and unwarranted orders just to drop charges. Mngmt aware but doesn't do anything. "It's the Kaiser way" is the term

Poor management. Travelers given two patients all the time while regular staff have none. Cancelled 3 weeks before end of contract after they hired a few permanent staff and made up bogus, false claims about my work performance. No traveler friendly.
