If you are not a man, they will work you in the longest room and let the men go home. The surgeons do not wear masks, and bring food and drinks into the room. Their man concern is turnover time, not anything else. Discrimination is the one thing that are definitely doing.

Travel nurses do get patients that are more high risk than core staff. Core staff barely work. Some CNAs are completely unprofessional. This is every floor. Second floor is worse, where they truly are looking to make your shift miserable. You can break your back here, no doubt.

Run as fast as you can. This facility is so far behind the times it will terrify you. The unit managers are Hazard born and raised with little experience and zero professionalism. Seriously this place is scarey! They pay good for a reason!

The director/manager of CDU is a complete and open bully to all staff members. She states history of “helping hospitals organize themselves.” Completely anti-nurse.
