Smaller ER (18 beds) that sees a good bit of traumas. High acuity, but staffing is more than appropriate most days. Ratios were great and would be adjusted for acuity. The manager was great and the doctors were awesome, but some of the night shift charge nurses were terrible (that may have changed since my contract ended though).
