Very unorganized and unsafe. Although the ratio was never more than 5:1, they only had two CN for all of the MS floors. We would get floated to a makeshift floor where most of the time we were lucky if we had a CA or a clerk, they would never have the assignment made so we would pick random pts. Most days I got floated to the MS psych unit- nightmare!
