EXTREMELY busy and EXTREMELY sick patients. Travelers dont get any special assignments/equipment here like CRRT or ECMO. You'll get vented pts/drips. Short orientation, you'll work your ass off, even staff nurses do, but its a good team, good hospital. Lax phone policy, no dress code really (ppl wear t shirts) chill mgmt, might accept a staff position.
