Leadership very young and inexperienced. Brought on Travelers so core staff would not have to float. Charge Nurses make it quite clear they dislike Travelers and will do anything to make your life hell. Techs will deliberately not do help you with anything including VS or help your pts. 1:7 ratio. You get all the train wreck admissions and no lunch. Be very careful! Staff is MEAN and will make your life a living hell.
