Facility did not honor terms of the contract, tried to force me to move to an entirely different facility. I spent two weeks trying to get it fixed, with absolutely no help from any of the nursing leadership. One charge nurse in particular took offense that I expected to work in the location I was contracted for, and falsely reported me for diversion.

This unit got all the detoxers and ratios were too high for the acuity. Remote tele monitoring without even a screen to look at on the unit, yet they would occasionally do dilt drips. They also did insulin drips even though ratio was 1:6. Usually only one overworked CNA. The staff was great, though. Knew what teamwork was.
