The management team will not have your back. Half the staff are rude and lazy. The surgeons were nice though. Very busy and disorganized department.

This hospital was bought out three years ago, firing or laying off all of the seasoned RN's. They have since hired all new grads with less than a year experience for $26/hr. The new management brought in all of their friends for supervisor positions. The supervisors have zero to little bedside experience. Any nurse with experience is resented and abused.
