The facility staff on numerous occasions were very racist towards agency staff. We were called "gals" ..."the help"..."it"....I am an LPN of 30 years and was downgraded to a CNA, Because the older white RN on nights stated, "she didn't know what to do with me!" This same RN, Kathy, also went so far to shake her hands in my face. Afterwards I was cancelled
