BUSY BUSY BUSY unit; hardly ever any downtime. Very fair with assignments. Lots of big, heavy neuro cases. There's a night team and a weekend team so call is 'backup only', however you very often have to stay late or get called in. Often times the only break you'll get is your 30 min lunch. Perm staff is the best group I've ever worked with. Love it there.

Bait and switch. Hired for CVICU only did a few shifts there, mostly floated to ICU. Given unmanageable assignments. The Intensivist, especially the Indian was condescending/impatient. NP’s rude and unhelpful. Floated up to 3x/shift. ICU charge was of little use. Full of travelers no one knows anything as they are all from different units. Place is a mess.
