Charting micromanaged while you run a 3:1 ratio with no staff including nurses to help anywhere. Staff doesn't look up for bed alarms, telemetry alarms, call lights, very apathetic and beat down. This is not an HCA- not even a for-profit- but it runs like one. Healthtrust is the vendor. This is a scary place for patients.

Understaffed. Unsafe. Horrible administration.
