Positive: state mandated ratio; experienced and fair full time charge nurses; unit manager is easy going and helps when something odd comes up. Negative: Unfair assignments from non regular charge nurses. A overall older and conservative section of perm staff who are quite vocal about politics. NOT LGBTQ friendly.
