Assisted living facility that leaves facility without nurses or CNA on shift! After informing DON Janita & Angie ED this was illegal and crisis rates should be offered to cover the shift. Contract was cancelled, residents stayed in bowels, no drinks in facilities and meds not given or ordered. Some rooms roach infested! When I report contract was cancelled!
