Semi traveler friendly but a very disorganized emergency room. Doctors don't communicate well with staff or patients. Lots and lots of ER holds and a lot of low acuity patients. When you're drowning no one comes to help, you're expected to carry yourself which is fine until the 1:4 ratio is broken.
