Was interviewed and submitted for days for a new unit opening up. Was very clear that I needed dayshift. Was told i may have to rotate, but it would be extremely rare. The health system took it upon themselves to put me on nights after I accepted the contract, then stated they don’t believe in rotating because it “isnt safe”, and that I have to work nights.
