Staff was awesome, STAFFING dept was not. Staffing believed a nurse was a nurse was a nurse. Often floated at 3pm. Overall floated maybe 25% of the time and was given a lower patient ratio because they understood an ICU nurse would flip to get 6 patients. Managers and staff were traveler friendly.
