Contract canceled based on lies made from physician. Manager forced to lie as well. (I have proof) physician removed pts tele box himself, pt on heparin gtt, did not notify this RN, stated pt being dc’d, no new orders. MD mad that staff out tele back on pt. This RN now aware and explained to MD that this is unsafe practice. Contract cancelled
