Permanent staff does not care about their patients. One charge nurse that usually works nights complains all the time, doesn’t like travelers, and will not help. Your license is at risk here. Poor management the techs complain and do not like to help.

Unsafe practices, nurses on their phones all the time, will not help with anything, not traveler friendly at all. Would not take a chance there if you value your license

Very young staff that will set travelers up. 8 patients with assist of lpn. Some very good but a couple there just to pass meds and visit all night. Most everyone on cellphone through night shift. If you like your license plate don’t go.

Poor management, no organization, not traveler friendly, unsafe nursing practices, horrible scheduling, management lies in your phone interview.

Unsafe and unprofessional felt my license was at risk.
